This Hybrid position requires that you live within commuting distance from Orlando, FL.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develops, implements, and maintains websites, web applications, and application databases
+ Ensures all code is properly structured, adheres to industry standards, and is compatible with various browsers and devices
+ Optimizes website performance, scalability, and server-side code and processes
+ Integrates websites with other computer applications and develop website infrastructure
+ Designs user-friendly interfaces, navigation menus, and digital layouts that ensure compatibility and usability across different browsers and devices
+ Utilizes web frameworks and client-side coding to enhance user experience
+ This position has potential for hybrid flexibility once integrated with team and processes
**Qualifications**
+ Must be a US Citizen with a Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
+ A.S. or B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering, specializing in Web Design and Development or Software Engineering
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in web development, with programming languages such as: React, JavaScript, Typescript, SQL, and CSS
+ Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with a deep understanding of HTTP protocols, request/response cycles, and best practices for secure and efficient API development
+ Experience in managing web servers, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting in environments like Nginx, Apache, or cloud-based services
+ Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data migration strategies as well as knowledge of Object Relational Mappers (ORM)
+ Proven experience in writing, updating, and maintaining efficient, testable, and well-documented code
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a penchant for teamwork
+ This Hybrid position requires that you live within commuting distance from Orlando, FL.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Active Secret clearance
+ Demonstrated project-based experience in Python, with a focus on developing backend services, automating tasks, or building data-driven applications, including hands-on work with popular frameworks like Django or Flask
+ Experience with Dash, Plotly, or SQLAlchemy
