**Job Description Summary:**
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. This role involves routine cleaning tasks as well as occasional maintenance duties to support operations. You will participate safely in daily activities of warehouse cleaning and maintenance including but not limited to daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks, basic maintenance, and inventory compliance.

**Payrate:**
+ Hourly payrate: $19 per hour
+ Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus
**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Schedule: Monday - Friday (6 hrs shift). Monday- Thursday is from 3am to 9:30am and Friday is from 2am to 8:30am. 30 hrs weekly - Part-time
+ Branch location: 1000 Mid Florida Dr Orlando, FL 32824
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Be responsible for General Cleaning and Maintenance duties including completion of the daily/weekly/monthly checklists as outlined in the cleaning program
+ Follow the Quality Pillar Champion for iDSD
+ Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
+ Clean and sanitize designated warehouse areas including floors, walls, shelves, and restrooms.
+ Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors on a regular basis to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
+ Dispose trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies and procedures.
+ Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
+ Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
+ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
+ Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness, safety, and security.

Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
+ Forklift experience preferred
+ Have or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment
+ Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./25kg
+ Required experience in janitorial or custodial work in warehouses specifically
+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in commercial or industrial settings.
+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
+ Physical stamina and endurance to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
+ Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
