Visit www.billergenie.com to learn more.  Primary Job Responsibilities: + Lead, manage and inspire a team of talented engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Oversee all aspects of our non-core application development technology teams including IT, Salesforce, our Partner Portal and over 50 other integrated tools and applications. + Architect the entire technology stack, ensuring its stability, scalability, and security. + Develop and maintain a roadmap for technology operations, prioritizing initiatives and aligning them with business objectives. + Liaise with stakeholders to identify their needs and devise effective solutions and work closely with other departments to facilitate the successful execution of our technology strategies. + Build processes and create automations to support the efficient scaling of our operations. + Manage technology budgets and timeframes. + Ensure that technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. + Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation throughout the organization, leveraging technology to drive productivity and profitability. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure that Biller Genie remains at the forefront of technological innovation. + Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, leveraging their expertise when necessary. + Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, regularly reporting on the team's progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). + 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience as a VP, Director, or equivalent. + Proven track record of managing and scaling technology teams across multiple departments. + Strong technical background with knowledge of software development life cycles, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and integration technologies. + Salesforce Administration: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, administration, customization, and best practices. + IT & Networking: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network design, security protocols, and system administration. + Coding Principles: Familiarity with basic coding principles and languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to support PRM initiatives. + Third-Party Integrations: Experience with integration tools and APIs, specifically with platforms such as Zoom, ChiliPiper, AWS Connect, Zapier, etc. + Quality Assurance (QA): Knowledge of QA methodologies and experience managing UAT processes for software releases. + Experience in managing complex tech stacks, ensuring system stability, scalability, and security. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and understand their needs, translating them into technical solutions. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes through technology. + Passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. + Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML a plus + Certifications (Preferred): + Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. + ITIL Certification or equivalent in IT service management. + Relevant certifications in quality assurance or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) Benefits:   + Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans. + 401k with up to 4% company match. + Flexible Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
