You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions the Treasury Management Relationship Manager Associate (TMRM Associate) supports Treasury Management Relationship Managers (TMRM) with sales and retention strategies supporting significant TM relationships. The TMRM Associate assists TMRM in preparing for client and prospect meetings through research, preparing of sales proposals, and annual TM reviews. This position will also support collaboration between TMRM, Commercial RM and product teams to prepare for client or prospect meetings. **Primary Responsibilities** + Supports TMRM team in relationship responsibilities, including interaction with current and prospective clients + Interfaces and builds client relationships working with TMRM team to ensure quality account support + Prepares written material, including pitches, proposals, client materials and associated supporting analyses + Completes client industry and bank research, as well as comparisons to peers within the industry + Conducts sales and annual Review presentations + Reviews client account schematics + Operates as a Cash Flow Advisor – partnering with Credit Products for key working capital metrics + Executes on other items as requested for specific client and prospect meetings This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in related field + or High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience **Preferences** + 1 year banking experience, preferably in Treasury Management or Business/Commercial Banking + Bi-lingual **Skills and Competencies** + Relationship and partnership orientation + Strategic thinking/problem solving + Strong verbal and written communication ability + Organized and detail oriented + Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
