Our client in the electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Touch Up/Hand Solderer to join their team. As a Touch Up/Hand Solderer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and within a team. **Job Title:** Touch Up/Hand Solderer **Location:** Rockledge, FL **Pay Range:** Based on experience **What's the Job?** + Perform touch-up hand soldering to comply with J-STD-001 and IPC-610/620 standards + Understand the hand soldering process and able to make good judgment concerning good and bad solder joints + Read and interpret industry standards, engineering drawings, and specifications + Perform rework to IPC-7711 & 7721 standards + Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement **What's Needed?** + Must be able to solder to J-STD-001 Class II and III + Must be able to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and dexterity + Must have basic computer proficiency + A high school diploma/equivalent with minimum 4 years soldering/rework soldering experience to J-STD-001 Class II and III or 7+ years of soldering/rework soldering experience + Ability to work well independently and within a team **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing industry + Potential for growth and advancement within the company + Competitive pay based on experience + Full-time hours with potential for overtime + Participation in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
