The Senior Associate of Talent Effectiveness (TE) serves as a key member of the TE team that will help drive the day-to-day execution of the firm’s performance enablement strategy and objectives, reporting to the Program Manager of Talent Effectiveness, and as a member of the broader Learning & Effectiveness and People & Culture teams. This individual will be responsible for working collaboratively to implement the team’s action plans that bring the firm-wide strategy to life, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and initiative.
This individual has primary responsibility for supporting our core performance enablement processes, including development of support materials, coordination of our key performance enablement initiatives such as upward feedback cycles, performance assessment cycles, competency maintenance, onboarding content maintenance, collaboration site maintenance, team operations and supporting overall performance enablement program management.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in a related field
+ 3+ years of experience within a relatable Human Resources field required. 1-2 years of experience within Performance Management, Talent Effectiveness or Organizational Effectiveness preferred.
+ Past experience creating and managing complex project plans, tracking task completion, following up on deadlines, proactively communicating status updates and issues, etc.
+ Past experience with stakeholder management methodologies, business processes and collaborating across practices and functions
+ Experience creating learning support materials, such as job aids, tutorials, training documents, communications, etc. for enterprise audiences
+ Experience creating process support materials, such as statement of procedures (SOPs), process workflows, etc.
+ Experience analyzing data using common MS Excel formulas (or similar applications) such as pivot tables, vlookups, etc. and report development and distribution
+ Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment
+ Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
+ A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
+ Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create presentations
Core Responsibilities:
+ Maintaining a strong understanding of performance enablement vision, core principles and expectations, and staying up to date on current and future performance enablement initiatives
+ Supporting the program manager with routine project management and process management tasks and team operations such as: creating and managing various program project plans (Smartsheet), maintaining internal team collaboration portals (Sharepoint and Teams sites), updating intranet page content, monitoring and follow-up of various performance enablement initiatives, fulfilling tasks assigned by deadline and proactive communication of progress/status
+ Supervision and administration of the firm’s continuous performance processes/cycles, such as continuous feedback processes, quarterly promotion cycles, and milestone conversations, ensuring successful deployment of survey cycles, sharing out of results to key stakeholders, and coordinating associated communications, tools and resources
+ Documenting routine Talent Effectiveness operations, such as talent review, promotions, etc., into policies/procedures
+ Collaborating with and overseeing deliverables of a team resource based in India to ensure effective maintenance of ongoing continuous feedback processes, inbox maintenance, and reporting, including creation and maintenance of process documentation to ensure effective partnership
+ Ongoing maintenance of the firm’s competency model including following up on upcoming and past-due tasks and proactively owning specific responsibilities within the project plan
+ Leading special performance enablement projects as assigned, such as content creation and maintenance of performance enablement content within employee onboarding process.
+ Supporting program feedback analysis and reporting distribution
+ Creating support materials such as writing and editing program specific communications, creating job aids, and updating training content
+ Coordinating and overseeing delivery/operations related tasks such as monthly and ad hoc reporting needs (eg performance data requests), inbox management, intranet site maintenance, etc.
+ Staying curious about the field of performance enablement by researching latest trends, best practices, etc. that will enable the team to promote and reinforce Rise
+ Expected to develop relationships with colleagues and to collaborate with other departments to support performance enablement-related progress. Works closely with other People & Culture team members to share best practices, and provide visibility into upcoming milestones and deliverables
+ Provide client service to team, employees, leaders, and P&C business partners. This support is generally, but not limited to, answering questions around programs and processes, providing support during training events, sending communications and liaising across functions. Anticipating and addressing needs before they are raised by our clients.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $88,000 and $132,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $95,040 and $142,560 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $101,200 and $151,800 per year.
