REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be a US Citizen * 5+ years experience analyzing functional and interface specifications for testing implementation * 5+ years experience analyzing, managing, and tracking functional and technical requirements * 5+ years experience writing detailed, step by step test procedures for software applications functions, security, and interfaces * 5+ years experience designing, writing, and executing test cases for both manual and automated software testing * 5+ years experience testing user-centric software applications * 3+ years experience in defect tracking, reporting, and resolution * 5+ years experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve a shared vision * 2+ years experience with DOORS Next for requirements tracking and testing traceability * 2+ years experience with Zephyr for Jira test case management and tracking * 3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including use of Jira * Understanding of Cost Account Manager (CAM) areas/responsibilities highly desired * Successful Program/Project management skills using financial, EVM, proposal, contract and scheduling systems highly desired Benefits: * Medical / Health Benefits with multiple plan options, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental and Vision / glasses / prescription contact lens and eye test options available. * On the job training / cross-training to develop and expand skills, creating opportunity for advancement and personal development.
