Superintendent

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a candidate with excellent project management for planning and organizing all aspects of residential and commercial projects including roofing, window and doors, decks and railings. As part of this role, the manager will work closely with our estimators and then manage and oversee all field operations including vendors, subcontractors and in-house crews while acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding each project. This individual will be responsible for: Overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation. Allocate resources for assigned projects. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Recruit, qualify and hire subcontractors. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
