Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
**MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field plus a minimum of 6 years' experience in a Human Resources role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, prefer advanced business degree.

- Travel up to 20% may be required
The Role:

**This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.**
- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
- May support business leader in complex concepts such as employee compensation, labor relations, organizational design and execution
- Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root cause of human resource issues.
- Will take unrelated data sets, analyze them and bring recommendations to leadership based on this data analysis
- Will proactively build employer branding campaigns to support forecasted labor ramps
- Will work with organizational leaders to build a talent bench within the organization
- Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
- May assist in payroll administration and timekeeping collection efforts.
- May assist with the administration of compliance for employee benefits, 401k, Affirmative Action Planning, etc.
- May assist with employee Leave of Absence administration
- May at times provide administrative support to other business functions to include operations, finance, engineering, etc.
- May assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement events.
