Job Description To wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible. Responsibilities o Must have full familiarity with menus. o Must have complete knowledge of service times and menu. o Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings. o Station set-up and break-down. Complete all other side work duties as assigned. o To polish and clean the water glasses in his/her assigned station before opening hours. o Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager. o Service to guests according to OMNI Moments of Service Standards. o Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. Qualifications Qualifications: o Work cohesively with entire hotel staff as part of a team. o Support procedures for food & beverage portion and waste controls. o Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs. o 1 year minimum work related experience is required. Physical Requirements: o Able to lift up to 70 pounds o Able to be on your feet for up to eight hours Working Environment: o Interior of hotel, exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions, in the restaurant and kitchen.
