The Boeing Company’s Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) is seeking a **Senior Information Technology Business Success Leader** to support Boeing Exploration Systems programs in **Titusville, FL** and **Kennedy Space Center, FL.** The successful candidate will join a large, diverse matrixed team that includes Boeing IT, Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), associates, customers, and suppliers. As a key member of the program leadership team, the IT Business Success Leader (IT BSL) will work directly with businesses and functions to understand key initiatives and represent the business and functions within IT to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and deploy the right solutions. **Position Responsibilities:** + Oversees and acts as an internal consultant for liaison activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the business, functions, customers, and IT to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure the most complex of business objectives are met + Leads the education of the Business on IT service offerings and provides the unique business requirements to IT for all initiatives + Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality + Leads development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders + Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments + Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function + Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s) **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options** . **This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives + 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role + 5+ years of experience supporting multiple programs and functions + 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership + 5+ years of experience developing and executing IT project plans + 5+ years of experience in a formal and/or informal leadership role **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Bachelor’s degree or higher + Active US Top Secret Security Clearance + 5+ years of experience supporting technologies and business + Experience with NASA programs + Experience with aerospace products and services + Experience with systems thinking across broad process and architectural landscapes + Experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities + Experience working with long range business planning methodologies and budget management + Experience working with Senior and Executive management and external Customer relationship management **Typical Education & Experience:** **Senior (Level 4)** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). **Senior (Level 5)** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.) **Relocation:** Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
