**Job Description** **ERP Tech- Technical Analyst Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational excellence and will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. If you are passionate about delivering top-tier support, possess a keen eye for problem-solving, and have a strong background in Oracle technologies, we want to hear from you. **Key Qualifications:** · 7 years of experience in analyzing deployment architectures, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in Oracle Fusion Applications developed using the ADF framework. · Have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA. · Strong proficiency in identifying functionality and usability bugs within applications code written in SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE applications, and Oracle RDBMS Database. · Functional understanding of Oracle Finance ERP applications or similar financial industry applications. · Knowledge of problem categories, including performance, application integrations, SOAP and REST implementation, and network layers. · Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. **Supporting Skills:** In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following skills will be advantageous: · Hands-on experience with any of the following Oracle products: Oracle WebLogic, Oracle SOA Suite, Enterprise Scheduler Service, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle UCM, Oracle (Hyperion) Essbase, or Financial Reporting, Oracle VBCS. · Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations certification or similar certifications are desired. Career Level - IC4 **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities:** As a Principal Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: · Resolving complex technical problems with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient issue diagnosis and problem resolution for Oracle customers. · Serving as an effective communicator and negotiator in problem resolution and management. · Collaborating with teams to enhance automation and the knowledge base for application services. · Demonstrating the ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse and globally distributed teams spanning multiple time zones. · Cultivating a strong desire to learn and staying updated on Oracle Fusion Applications, web technologies, and industry trends.
