A Day in the Role: · Position may include creation and deployment of nonclinical patient emails project tracking and adherence to compliance and legal requirements. · Designs and coordinates direct patient communications with a specific focus on acquisition integration and operational changes in care notifications provider change term or move clinic closure or move payer term panel movement etc. patient engagement letters and mailings patient quality letters and mailings Medicare ACO and CIN notices and other. · Position includes sourcing data from various places and putting them together in a cohesive report using Excel. Requirements: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Familiarity with the basics of Excel filtering basic formulas copying new sheets simple pivot tables is required. · Needs knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook and ability to track tasks and prioritize to deliver results on time. · Collect and analyze reporting data updating email reports as needed.
