QC Data Entry Clerk

As a QC Data Entry Clerk, your role is to accurately provide all customer-related paperwork. What You'll Do + Maintain all customer surveys requested, email or electronic files + Assist with the maintenance of the Customer Pamphlet and updates + Coordinate with Corporate responses to CMRT, RoHS, PFAS and Prop 65 + Coordinate with Engineering to provide UL C of Cs as required to customers + Electronically file UL C of Cs for QCs to use on all subsequent shipments for specific part + Electronically file NoTin C of Cs for QCs to use on all subsequent shipments as for specific parts + Follow policies and procedures utilized by the Company and Department to ensure the efficient running of the department and customer satisfaction + Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring + One year of office or filing experience and basic computer skills + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds What We Value + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and those related to the position + Ability to speak fluently with customers, managers, and fellow employees + Good interpersonal skills + Alpha-numeric filing + Working knowledge of computers and Windows software + Ability to work under pressure + Ability to learn new tasks + Good attendance required and works in a safe manner + Ability to work without close supervision + Ability to work well in a team environment + Ability to proactively respond to customer issues + Detail-oriented and well organized and able to manage a variety of activities with minimum supervision Standex International Corporation is a diversified global manufacturing company operating in five segments which consist of our Electronics, Engraving, Engineering Technologies, Specialty Solutions, and Scientific divisions.
