Job Summary Alluvionic is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support our Business Development Team. A successful candidate will have experience in handling a variety of administrative and project-related tasks. This role involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of business development and event activities. *This is an on-site position* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The Project Coordinator performs, but is not limited to, the following duties: Responsibilities:   + Event Coordination: + Schedule and organize pre-event preparation meetings to ensure thorough planning and coordination. + Facilitate post-event debriefs to review outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. + Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures. + Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties. + Communication Management: + Establishes and maintains liaison as required with boards, committees and commissions. + Regularly update and maintain the email list and Zoho Leads database to ensure accurate and current contact information for stakeholders. + Meeting Scheduling: + Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Business Development (BD) team, ensuring that all relevant parties are notified and prepared. + BD Strategy Meetings: + Prepare and manage slide decks for BD strategy meetings, taking ownership of the presentation series. + Send overview emails to keep the team informed about meeting agendas and outcomes. + Compile, track, and manage BD action items, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner and follow-up actions are taken as needed. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in business development or related field. +  1-3 years’ experience in project coordination + Communicate major milestones, provide continuing direction to the project team, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities.  + Ability to work in high pressure situations, guide conflict resolution, work effectively in a matrix environment and build strong relationships. + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. + Proficiency in using email marketing tools, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. + High attention to detail. + Must be eligible for U.S. security clearance.
