Alluvionic is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in our Melbourne office. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage a team of Project Managers that are responsible for project lifecycle, from creation to close.
+ Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
+ Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
+ Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
+ Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
+ Oversee the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
+ Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
+ Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
+ Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
+ Create and manage long-term goals.
+ Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products over a portfolio of projects.
+ Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings.
+ Remote management of geographically distributed teams for optimized performance and coordination.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
+ 3+ years experience in project management
+ 3+ years experience managing Government Programs
+ PMP Certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire
+ PMO Experience
+ BD/Program Growth Experience
+ Organizational Change Management experience
+ Excellent written and verbal communications
+ Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
+ Passion for managing teams and driving results
+ Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
+ Must be willing to obtain Secret Clearance
