The Product Management Sr. Advisor provides leadership and strategic direction in the analysis, the reporting, maintenance, and growth of key products within the SafeGuardRx platform. This position will be responsible for product positioning, product communications, coordinating with cross-functional partners, collaborating with the supply chain sales support team, and working with sales and account management for product growth; in addition to other items that may arise around product enrollment & execution.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Provide leadership and strategic direction in the analysis, reporting, maintenance, and growth of SafeGuardRx.
+ Responsible for product positioning, member experience, product communications, modeling, outcomes reporting and coordinating with cross-functional partners, collaborating with the supply chain sales support team, and working with sales and account management for product growth - in addition to other items that may arise around product enrollment & execution.
+ Lead product enhancement, positioning and growth strategies for program platforms.
+ Provide input and direction for marketing communications, maintain member materials, companion guides, FAQs and SOPs.
+ Partner with the supply chain sales support team to drive product implementation, upsells and renewals.
+ Strategic partners to Cigna product, coalition leads, and Cigna House Account (EncircleRx)
+ Deliver market message and training to sales, account teams, consultants, and brokers as needed
+ Analyze product data and provide meaningful insights to key stakeholders
+ Coordinate with cross functional partners to support sales and account management and Express Scripts clients
+ Track product performance, including but not limited to, financial outcomes, operational setups, and member impact
+ Counsel and advise top management on significant Product Management matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
+ Responsible for product management efforts for a significant product/brand supporting product direction, advertising, pricing, budgets, profit and future development plans.
+ Interface with multiple departments including sales, marketing, and actuaries to develop product requirements and specifications.
+ Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates.
+ Seek opportunities to maximize product/brand exposure and sales and is an advocate and champions of their product's brand.
+ Interpret internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify solutions.
+ Lead and manage sizable projects.
+ Focus on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
+ Act as “Subject Matter Expert” for the most complex Product Management assignments
**IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:**
+ 8+ years of relevant experience
+ Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
+ Healthcare product experience preferred
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills)
+ Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required
+ Proven leadership skills, team-orientation, a proactive management style and strong commitment to client service a must
+ Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills
+ Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools use advanced problem solving skills
+ Work independently, as well as collaboratively
+ Knowledge of PBM industry/Managed care/Value Based healthcare industry is desirable
