CACI, Azure Summit Technology, LLC provides a wide range of multi-channel, software-defined radio solutions for applications including surveillance, communications, radar, direction finding, emitter location, and interference cancellation. **What will you do?**
Currently seeking a Procurement Administrator. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is located on-site at our Melbourne, Florida, office with occasional overnight travel to our Fairfax, Virginia, headquarters. Your future team has worked together to produce the following job description:
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting daily Supply Chain functions at a growing defense contractor. Duties and responsibilities include:
+ Provides administrative support to Subcontracts Administrators and Procurement Specialists in the form of processing new suppliers into Deltek Costpoint, coordinating with and providing contractual documentation to suppliers, issuing RFQs as needed, processing PO / Subcontract closeouts, review and track weekly on-time delivery reports and obtaining status from Suppliers on their upcoming and late deliveries, coordinating supplier visits and meetings, data entry, file management, and other duties as required.
+ Interfaces with Quality Assurance, S&R, and Procurement Specialists for coordinating and processing Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests with Suppliers and issuing RMA POs to Return To Vendor (RTV) warrantied, rework, and failed material items
+ Supports and ensures Supplier Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements, and Organizational Conflict of Interest are accurately completed and filed as necessary
+ Assists with updating lead times, material cost data, and other relevant purchasing data in Costpoint
+ The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative / team settings across all levels.
**Basic Requirements**
+ US citizenship due to contract requirements and nature of the work
+ Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, due to the nature of the work and contract requirements
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Combination of 5 years additional education and/or related procurement experience
**Preferred Requirements**
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of related procurement experience
+ Deltek Costpoint experience
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
+ Proficient with using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$53,200 - $111,600
