Part Time Call Center Agent

**Qualifications:** - High School diploma - 1yr experience necessary - Employer does background and motor vehicle checks **Responsibilities:** - Receive and respond to paratransit reservation information request (from customers or their representatives.) Reservations for requested and/or appropriate trips will be entered into the Trapeze client information system. - Assists with application requests for door-to-door service as needed. - Provide related fixed route information including schedules, fares and pick up locations. - Receive and respond to telephone inquiries. Explain services and eligibility requirements. Encourage customers to utilize fixed route services when possible. **No Nights, No weekends Monday through Friday 7AM to 12PM *** This is PART TIME Criminal Background and Driver's license checks are performed.
