Operations Supervisor **[Job Purpose [The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the assigned shop. Leadership is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in aircraft maintenance and production. **[Duties and Responsibilities ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}**]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}** - Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities in compliance with FAA regulations and AS9100 standards. - Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. - Lead, motivate, and train operations staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets. - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures. - Resolve operational issues and address employee concerns promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with supervisors and employees to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational processes. - As required, prepare reports and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Any and all other duties assigned by Management. **[Minimum Requirements ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}** High school diploma or equivalent Adhere to all Southeast Aerospace company policies, safety guidelines, and code of ethical conduct.
