Operations Supervisor **[Job Purpose [The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the assigned shop. This position is responsible for leading a department of skilled individuals and ensuring that all activities comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Leadership is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in aircraft maintenance and production. **[Duties and Responsibilities ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}**]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}** - Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities in compliance with FAA regulations and AS9100 standards. - Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. - Lead, motivate, and train operations staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets. - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures. - Resolve operational issues and address employee concerns promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with supervisors and employees to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational processes. - As required, prepare reports and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Any and all other duties assigned by Management. **[Minimum Requirements ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}** High school diploma or equivalent Adhere to all Southeast Aerospace company policies, safety guidelines, and code of ethical conduct. Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast pace environment as well as part of a team Must have adequate knowledge of area in which you supervise through schooling or on job training experience Must be capable of reading, understanding and following the instructions found in technical data.
