Non-Sterile Pharmacy Technician

Job Description Our Company SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. Responsibilities + Experience working non-sterile drugs + Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed + Assist in setup of the non-sterile, equipment and supplies for preparation of non-sterile solutions + Mixed and package non-sterile medications + Assist in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure + Package fill and ship medications + Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy + Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies + Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code. + Complete any other task assigned by the Floor Manager & Pharmacist In Charge + Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy + Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor Qualifications + Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician required + PTCB certified preferred + Previous IV pharmacy experience preferred + Previous data entry experience preferred + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks + Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned + Good organizational skills and detail oriented + Ability to physically perform light lifting EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
