Manufacturing Supervisor / Orlando, FL / 1st Shift

**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center\. Our team is the Corporation's Center of Excellence for Electro\-Optical and Infrared Fire Control Sensor Systems\. This is where we perform final assembly, integration and test on our sensor systems\. **What You Will Be Doing** The Supervisor role is a position leading union represented mechanical/electrical/optical assemblers in solder, bonding, and test\. Responsibilities include; prioritization of hardware through assembly processes, hardware status reporting to center and program leadership, management of quality, schedule and cost goals for multiple work cells, support development and implementation of process improvements, energize team members and set the standard for performance excellence\. Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict\. Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed\.
