| POSITION SUMMARY |

| This position is intended as an entry level role for learning and |
| developing mechanical skills, knowledge, and abilities with potential |
| progression to technician or machinist. The maintenance utility |
| employee is responsible for supporting shop processes to produce |
| aircraft/aerospace parts and components and performs maintenance and |
| repairs on shop and facility equipment as needed. |

| **POSITION QUALIFICATIONS** |
| High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required |
| Understanding of EHS requirements and workplace safety is required |
| Associate degree (two-year college or technical school): Preferred |
| Familiarity with tooling and measuring techniques/equipment |
| preferred. |
| General computer skills, including basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook |
| skills preferred. |
| Physical Requirements |
| Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety glasses and close-toed |
| shoes are mandatory in the shop areas. Pass respirator certification |
| test needed for walk in blaster. |
