**Description** SAIC seeks an experienced and energetic Logistics Manager to directly support the modernization of the space launch ranges, meeting mission requirements, providing range capabilities, and supporting the Assured Access to Space (AATS) mission. The overarching purpose of the DTAMM is to perform system modernization and digital transformation projects that will enable the acceleration of the space launch cadence to enable the Spaceport of the future. **Job Responsibilities:** + Create logistics’ contract deliverable data packages via gathering and verification of multiple program departments project and program data for required content and format. + Lead and manage program logistics team, to include but not limited to, creation of project and program contract deliverables, daily support tasking. + Support internal and customer presentations and meetings with requested logistics performance and tracking metrics and issue resolution strategies and status. + Coordinate with multiple internal and external departments, teams, partners, customers, and subcontractors to verify and manage the program material receiving, storage and inventory control process. Verify that program deliverables are tracked, reported on, and delivered on time. + Assist program management, engineering, and other support departments as well as external teams with risk management to include but not limited to risk identification, impact determination, mitigation step creation, mitigation tracking, and resolution. + Provide and manage government furnished material tracking & reporting. + Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) with vendors for equipment requiring replacement. + Access, manage, utilize, and have experience with internal & Government-owned asset management databases and provide periotic Government contract deliverable reports. + Support sparing determination and fulfillment activities, software license management, and hardware warranty management. This includes the following onsite efforts: inventory validation, identifying equipment reuse/disposal, determining spares candidates, documenting, and tracking software license purchase and usage, and asset management reporting training. + Provide integrated logistic support (ILS) packages for installations and coordinate decommissioned, reuse, and defense reutilization materials (DRMO) post installations. **Qualifications** **Required Education:** + Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.Experience is acceptable in lieu of degree. **Desired Education:** + Master’s Degree **Required Experience:** + Prior experience with maintenance planning to include analysis and preparation of various maintenance plans. + Experience identifying various maintenance actions: e.g., elapsed time of maintenance actions; task frequency; failure rate of an item; Mean Time to Repair an item; and an item's man-hour allocation by maintenance action and level. + Experience with producing, analyzing, and understanding Logistics Support Analysis Reports from a logistics database system. + ECP/LECP Development Support - Experience with development and implementation of ECPs/LECPs and associated supporting documentation. **Desired Experience:** + Experience in large Government systems acquisition. + Experience with agile methodology. + Knowledge of the space launch ranges to include experience with SLD-30 and SLD-45 operations, processes, and government points of contact. **Clearance:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
