BUSINESS ANALYST Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of business analysis and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This role involves assisting in the analysis of business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the development of solutions to improve technical requirements and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Support the development of business cases and project plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives. Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes. Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Experience with business analysis tools and software. Knowledge of project management principles. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Vetting: Candidates selected are subject to a background investigation from our government client.
