These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​ We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** **Job Summary** The IT Compliance Specialist is responsible for assessing Teledyne’s critical systems, technology architecture and processes to assure information assets are protected, reliable, available and compliant with Company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Evaluate IT Compliance reviews and provided evidence from approximately 133 Business Units (BU) to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Work with BUs to ensure IT Compliance Reviews are submitted timely and accurately. + Examines, evaluates, and verifies operating systems, procedures, internal controls, and recorded data for Information Technology and Information Security to ensure compliance. + Plans, develops, and executes information technology reviews and audits following a systematic, disciplined approach. + Conducts interviews for the purpose of understanding and evaluating business processes to assess the adequacy of internal controls. + Assists IT Compliance management in the execution of projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department, including development of data analytics, auditing techniques, and internal metrics. + Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across company businesses, with peers, managers, and directors as needed. + Document audit procedures performed and other required work papers in a clear, concise, and organized manner. + Able to think critically and operate with minimal supervision, accepting assistance from peers and management to ensure overall adequacy and accuracy. + Provides assistance and coordinates work with internal and external auditors as needed. + Communicates audit findings and follows-up to ensure remediation. + Write audit reports that document procedures and audit findings in an accurate, concise, and unbiased manner. + Demonstrate experience and knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, CMMC, UK Cyber Essentials, and NIST 800-53. + Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines. **Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **Education and/or Experience** Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related positions and 2-5 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Audit, Compliance and/or Security certification(s) such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP and/or equivalent experience are highly desired. **Computer Skills** + Intermediate skills using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). + Moderate familiarity with IT and Information Security concepts. **Salary Range:** $51,300.00-$68,495.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
