Primary Job Responsibilities:  + Call new subscribers and aid them in first-time account set up. Currently, there is NO cold calling in this role; all conversations are with qualified referrals from our network of partners, including banks and similar institutions.  + Act professionally as the initial point of contact, establishing the foundation for long-term customer relationships with Biller Genie.  + Assist customers through email, phone, screen-share (Zoom), and chat to address general software inquiries and facilitate account setup.  + Drive our subscription business growth through conducting meetings, customizing Biller Genie to meet prospective clients' needs, and ensuring their compatibility with our platform.  + Qualify and consult clients based on their unique requirements.  + Schedule follow-up training sessions with qualified accounts to ensure client success.  + Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve the highest levels of quality and productivity. + Demonstrate adaptability and maintaining a balance between speed and efficiency.
