Cromulence, LLC is looking for a full-time Human Resource Manager with a broad background to oversee the entire HR function of the organization, creating a vision and setting goals for process improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications + Five (5) or more years’ experience in HR, preferably in high-growth, fast-paced, and progressive environments. + At least (2) two years’ experience HR management experience leading the department for the organization. + Understanding and experience with most or all the core aspects of Human Resource (HR) management; benefits administration, HRIS management, implementing HR processes and programs (e.g., employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, coaching/training, reward/recognition), and analyzing and presenting on HR related data. + Demonstrated HR and Legal acumen in the areas of compliance, processes, systems, and best practices. + Ability to interpret a variety of governmental laws, insurance plans, and technical information. + Effective working knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations + Experience developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures that comply with required laws and are consistent with the client’s philosophy and culture. + Experience implementing and reporting on metrics to help guide decision-making that enables leadership to better manage and develop the team. + Demonstrate confident communication skills with the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization.
