**Hose technician- Hydraulic, Pneumatic** Location; Ormond Beach, FL - Possess the ability to use hose cutting and forming tool. - Be proficient in the use of all components, equipment, tools, and techniques used in a Mechanical/Hydraulic/Electrical workshop - Familiar with crimping and testing process - Required to climb, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, crouch, and work in tiring and uncomfortable position`` - Service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customers base - Perform equipment installations, testing, and modifications - Good knowledge and experience in assembly and inspection process. - The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms - Knowledge on quality process and standards - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Have great communication skills and a positive nature What we are looking for 1. **Technical Skills**: 2. - **Hose Cutting and Forming**: Skilled in using tools to cut and shape hoses to fit specific requirements. - **Crimping and Testing**: Familiar with the crimping process, which secures hose fittings, and performing pressure tests to ensure hose integrity. - **Workshop Proficiency**: Comfortable with workshop equipment and components related to mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. 3. **Physical Requirements**: 4. - **Agility and Endurance**: Able to work in various positions (climbing, standing, bending, etc.) and tolerate physically demanding tasks. 5. **Job Tasks**: 6. - **Service and Assembly**: Responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining hoses for diverse clients. - **Equipment Handling**: Conduct installations, modifications, and tests on equipment to ensure proper function. 7. **Quality and Inspection Knowledge**: 8. - **Assembly and Inspection**: Experienced in quality standards and inspecting completed hose assemblies to meet compliance standards. 9. **Communication Skills**: 10. - **Effective Communication**: Able to interact with supervisors and colleagues, both in writing and verbally, for instructions and feedback. - **Customer Interaction**: Skilled in communicating with clients to understand needs and explain services, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 11. **Independence and Teamwork**: 12. - **Self-Motivation**: Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork skills when collaborating.
