**Position Overview:**
Candidate will provide a variety of hardware/software Help Desk and maintenance support activities across the U.S. Armys Synthetic Training Environment (STE) program.
**Required Experience/Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of experience in operational or simulated military hardware maintenance and sustainment
- Experience in simulation hardware/software testing
- Operational understanding of virtual collective simulation exercise control
- Experience in Help Desk management and coordination
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
- Effective Oral and Written communication skills
**Required Education/Experience:**
Training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military school and 2 years of field service or technical maintenance activities.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Experience in AVCATT, CCTT, RVCT,
- Experience with OneSAF and VBS
- Program execution tools, such as Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Red Hat Linux
- Windows
- VMWare
- Applied knowledge of DoD Information Assurance patch application and scanning tools
**Special Requirements/Security Clearance:**
In accordance with the specifications of a government contract, eligibility for this position mandates U.S. Citizenship status and a Secret security clearance. The precise security clearance requisites will be detailed in the Government's Task Order.
Candidate must be willing to travel as required (up to 10%) both domestically and internationally.
