Graphic Designer

Description Job Description: As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for various platforms, including digital and print. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop graphics that effectively convey our message and align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: + Design and produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. + Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish. + Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure designs meet project objectives. + Prepare and finalize design files for production, including understanding printing processes and specifications. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective designs. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. + 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. + Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography. + Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs. Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation skills. + Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
