Position Responsibilities: + The General Manager oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising for their facility, ensuring performance goals are met and working with the Market Unit President to drive business results + As the General Manager, you will lead the execution of the company’s long-term strategy and achieve the annual operating plan and budget + You will communicate and collaborate with customers, franchise partners, and distributors to ensure service reliability and accuracy + You will ensure alignment of cross-functional team plans and strategies, and maintain strong end-to-end supply chain practices + You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety, and address emerging business needs to enhance operational results + You will leverage consumer insights and innovation strategies to drive market opportunities, improve margins, and generate business growth + You will manage talent attraction, development, and retention, and collaborate with HR on labor relations and performance management + Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: + Master’s Degree Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
