Job Description Insight Global is looking for a proven leader that can solve problems, that can implement successful processes, hold systems accountable and that understands customer service and successful business strategy. The right candidate will have GM experience managing multiple divisions and personnel This individual will be responsible for:  Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term strategies to ensure the company's growth and success.  Financial Management: Overseeing the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.  Project Management: Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating a team of skilled professionals to achieve company goals.  Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.  Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the company's operations.  Compliance: Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
