The **Finance Supervisor** at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics in **Orlando, FL** will oversee processes and controls for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and procedures. This role involves developing process improvements, leading audits, accounting workflows, and managing a team of two analysts. **What You’ll Work On** + Direct the day-to-day operations of direct reports + Participate in all Site Audits and develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors + Recruit, train and provide development, performance management, supervision, and mentoring for the Business Process and Controls team + Ensures that proper internal controls are operating effectively + Responsible for the implementation of new controls as needed + Build and enhance relationships with internal business + Identify areas that need improvement and take action to bring improvements to life + Support ad-hoc requests by leadership + Design reports & analytical measures to report and improve on performance metrics + Maintain the month end documentation to comply with GAAP + Collaborate with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives + Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy + Support Controller and Director with special projects and workflow process improvements **Required Qualifications** + BS in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years in accounting/audit with 2+ years in leading teams or projects + Knowledge of accounting principles, software and databases + Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills + Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication + Manages multiple priorities with a strong work ethic + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint) **Preferred Qualifications** + CPA and/or MBA + Experience with SAP or HFM + Proficiency with business analytics tools (PowerBI preferred) Apply Now (https://www.jobs.abbott/us/en) * Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
