You'll be tasked with maintaining comprehensive estimating logs and unit costs for all projects, while also establishing and nurturing vendor relationships crucial to project success. Conducting site surveys and participating in pre-bid walkthroughs will be part of your routine to ensure thorough project understanding. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely wit h sales and project management teams, ensuring projects are executed within budget and in alignment with plans and specifications. What are we looking for + Associates degree in business or engineering. + 5 + years of estimating experience in the HVAC industry with a proven track record is required. + Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documents. + Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components. + Possess strong verbal and written communication skills + Thorough understanding of related trades for the purposes of coordinating various project estimates. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Additional skills preferred but not required + Bachelors degree.
