For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Position Summary Details** General Responsibilities: The purpose of this job is to maintain standard work in relation to the distribution and accountability of equipment, including RF scanners, radios, PPE, Cleaning Supplies, Vacuums, Vehicle keys, and various batteries. Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned) **Essential Functions** + Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while complying with company expectations, rules, and procedures. + Identify equipment items checked out by way of inventory checks/controls and processes. + Conduct a daily inventory during each scheduled shift. + Utilize an operational radio (when applicable) to maintain communication with United management. **Responsibilities** + Adhere to and wear standard safety gear, including earplugs, reflective safety vests, and PPE. + Maintain vacuums, cleaning supplies, and PPE batteries. + Maintain microfiber towels through laundry. + Must be able to send daily recap reports with some knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook + Will be involved with ordering of supplies and will be responsible for ensuring we are never out of important supplies. + Miscellaneous duties as assigned **Other:** **Physical Demands:** + Lift, push, and carry up to 70 pounds or more. + Move, bend, squat, walk, run quickly, sometimes within a small and/or narrow space and long distance. **Qualifications** + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available **Preferred Qualifications:** + Customer Service Experience + 1 yr of similar work experience **Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:** + Plan, organize, and follow instructions. + Operate small equipment. + Work under pressure, in a stressful environment, and time constraint. **Language Skills:** + Bilingual in English and another language. + Communicate face to face and/or by radio, often quickly, under pressure and with environment interference. + Communicate with people from different walks of life. **Reasoning Ability:** + Deal with a variety of variables under some standardization. + Communicate with people from different walks of life. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
