Carollo’s vision is to be the **BEST** water consulting firm, and you will find that Carollo is also the best place to build your career. **Responsibilities** + Performing engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure + Work on engineering planning and design projects + Prepare reports + Develop plans and specifications + Prepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects + System modeling + Permitting and alternative analysis + Preparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables + Data entry and analysis + Provide engineering services during construction + Participate in field activities such as pilot testing **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering + Minimum academic requirements include coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design + 0 to 4 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering + Engineer-in-Training Certification + Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Work well in a team environment + Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting + Proficient in MS Word and Excel **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering + Familiarity with computer applications including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and water and sewer hydraulic calculations/modeling software (WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM) **Other Compensation and Benefits** Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
