**Electrician Supervisor** **Requirements:** - Journeyman Electrician license required; Master Electrician license preferred - US Citizen or Legal to work in the United States - Criminal Background Check per the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms regulations - Pre-Employment Drug Test **Experience Required:** - Experience as an Electrician Supervisor or similar role. - Understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures. - Leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. - Read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications. - Experiencein using electrical testing and measurement equipment. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Physical stamina and agility to work in various environments and conditions. - Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in electrical work. - OSHA certification is a plus. **Purpose of Position:** Ensure the management of electrical projects and teams within the company. The Electrician Supervisor leads and guides the electrical team, providing direction and support. The Electrician Supervisor ensures that the team follows safety protocols, complies with regulations, and responds promptly to any emergency situations.Communication within the team and with other stakeholders is vital. The Electrician Supervisor serves as a liaison between team members, project managers, and other departments.
