**ASnapshot of your Day** We are seeking a dedicated and organized District Service Assistant (DSA) to support our operations in Mexico. This is a local position based in Orlando and reports directly to the Field Service Operations Manager for Latin America! The DSA will coordinate personnel and tool shipments to and from North America and from Latin America to Mexico, supporting project managers and field service teams with project staffing, while acting as the commercial and logistic liaison between projects! **How You’ll Make an Impact** · Ensure Field Service tooling and personnel are ordered and available to meet service contract requirements. · Schedule and coordinate the efficient movement of resources, including North America Product Lines. · Support outage event forecasts, assisting regional resource planners and long-term planning. · Perform work in compliance with established procedures and protocols. Identify resource needs and suggest justifications. Oversee dispatch requirements in compliance with guidelines (security, visas, etc.). · Lead the collaboration with platform teams, including Long-Term Programs (LTP), Sales, Product lines, and District service offices in Latin America. **What You Bring** · Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required (a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management is preferred). · 5years of experience in Logistics, Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a combination of experience; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level position. · Bilingual: ability to speak/write in English and Spanish is required. · Effective analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills. Works well in team and individual settings. · Basic computer and programming skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel) is required; Experience with Tableau & SAP PD2 is recommended. · Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
