We are seeking an experienced Insights professional to join our Client Experience & Insights Team (CX&I) and expand our capacity to integrate cutting edge market research and analytics. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of high-performing professionals to bring holistic insights to the larger organization for decisioning support of strategic objectives. **Roles and Responsibilities** As part of a dynamic, growing marketing team, you will report to the AVP of Consumer Insights, work closely with the entire Client Experience & Insights Team, and serve on cross-functional teams for brand and marketing initiatives across our lines of business. The Director of Consumer Insights will be primarily responsible for: + Managing the end-to-end execution & management of the Voice of Client and Experience Measurement program by creating structure & governance around survey execution, feedback categorization & review, reporting delivery methods & cadence + Supporting the end-to-end execution of our internal Brand Health Tracking program + Providing support to entire CX&I team by creatively approaching business objectives to drive decision making, maximize research/analytical effectiveness delivering on depth, time, and budget. + Maintaining quality control standards and methods & providing oversight on governance/risk management. **We are seeking candidates who:** + Are independent, self-starters with a passion for understanding consumer behavior, strong critical thinking skills and champion consumer-centric decision making. + Have a bachelor's degree or higher + Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing research, customer/consumer research &/or design research + Can partner with and guide various key stakeholders to define needs, requirements, business objectives and success metrics. + Can easily understand survey & qualitative learnings, translating them into a succinct story using an evidence-based rationale. + Are fluent with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint and familiar with other programs/platforms that can be used for project tracking & presentation/data delivery (e.g. Asana, Tableau, PowerBI, Miro, Canva, etc.) + Have creative vision, a passion for learning and willingness to adopt and share new ideas. + Have experience across a variety of research techniques like Max Diff, Conjoint Analysis, Regression, Cluster Analysis, and other Multivariate statistics, and their application to specific business challenges + Have a working knowledge of data integrity/privacy practices and applicable risk and compliance management frameworks is a plus + Is a team player and can thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities. + Has presence, excellent communication and presentation skills + Has high attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates and exemplifies those **values and characteristics** which are essential to the **Marketing Team’s success:** + **Great attitude** : realize that the energy and attitude they bring, impacts not only their performance but the performance of those around them. + **Transparent** : are open, clear, cogent, and concise + **Adaptable:** ask questions for greater insight, and make recommendations relative to alternatives, options, or other solutions, and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift **About Us** First Horizon is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
