Customer Support Intern Astronics Subsidiary Astronics Test Systems Location Orlando, Florida Description **General Summary:** The Customer Support Intern is to work closely with Customer Support Admin and Manager to track and status Customer RMAs and Requests. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:** + Reviews, analyzes, and responds to material requirements driven by service requirements. + Help track and create RMAs and purchase requisitions in a timely manner to drive materials and to meet required service dates + Help Manage all assigned products by interfacing closely with Customer Service admin, repair technicians Procurement, Inventory Management, and Shipping and receiving + Responsible for escalating any problems that may interfere with the ability to meet repair plan + Responsible for RMA status reports to all stakeholders and schedules meeting accordingly to provide timely reviews and updates + Generates purchase requisitions for expensed items not driven through MRP + Assures that all parts/material requirements are satisfied. + May be assigned additional projects as required **Job Requirements:** + Must be able to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization to provide status updates to the appropriate teams and management + Must have experience using Excel spreadsheets for analyzing and presenting clear and concise status updates + Must be strong in analytics in order to evaluate ever changing requirements within multiple products **Education/Experience:** + Working on undergraduate degree + Computer Skills: + Communication Applications + MS Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, PowerBI + Excel **Certificates and Licenses:** + None **Supervisory Responsibilities:** This job has no supervisory or management responsibilities though oversight of junior personnel will be required. **Work Environment:** The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
