We seek a part-time Corporate IT Intern to support our Orlando, FL office. This is a part-time, three-day, per-week, on-site position. The incumbent may assist with the following, but the role is not limited to: + Serve as hardware and software support for all user IT issues. Utilize the helpdesk ticketing system to manage support incidents. + Deploy, manage, and repair various IT hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, phones, and projectors. + Deploy, manage, and repair various IT software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite, email, web applications, desktop applications, and anti-virus software. Experience and Education Required + Candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, MIS, Business Information Systems, Business or Engineering with an IT focus. + Minimum GPA 3.0 + IT-related experience a plus + Ability to learn new technologies and process information quickly. + Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Qualifications + Ideal candidates will be in the last semester of their program of study. ADA Requirements + Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, and sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
