**Summary**
The Client Support Coordinator will manage multiple departmental projects designed to drive Event Technology-related initiatives and introduce new processes or enhancements. This role will support the show organizer sales team ensuring the delivery of client expectations. The role is also intended to manage project administration responsibilities, such as meetings scheduling, note taking, following up on tasks, maintaining project/show schedules and budgets, facilitating meetings, building meeting slides/presentations, and keeping projects reports and assets up to date. A significant portion of the role will be focused on leading process, department, and customer-related initiatives.
This position will support our Client Relationship group under our Growth (Sales) team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Support/participate in the planning and implementation of association events.
+ When necessary and justified, attend pre-con meetings and assists with site surveys as needed to ensure proper planning.
+ Work directly with AV Operations to ensure delivery of client expectations.
+ Serve as customer service liaison to the client and extension of the client relationship manager.
+ Manage project administration responsibilities, such as meetings scheduling, note taking, following up on tasks, maintaining show schedules and budgets, facilitating meetings, building meeting slides, and keeping projects reports and assets up to date.
+ Formulate project scope, plan, and communications framework.
+ Provide project oversight and is accountable for project delivery and business results.
+ Monitor and maintain program timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
+ Monitor stakeholder expectations. Take corrective action to address gaps.
+ Escalate issues/risks/decision support to show organization leadership.
+ Produce and manage project related documentation including show calendar, project plans, status dashboards, stakeholder communications, project updates, proposals, and roadmap.
+ Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards.
+ Provides documentation of current and future state processes.
+ Prepare correspondence, presentations and proposals.
+ Assist with travel arrangement, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
+ Maintain data integrity and run reports in Salesforce for show org leader.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
+ 2+ years experience managing and coordinating projects, on-site event experience a plus.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
+ Highly proficient in PPT – build presentations utilizing company templates, branding, etc.
+ Software/Systems experience in Salesforce, Workfront a plus.
**Travel Requirements**
