**Job Description: Forklift Driver (3+ Years Experience)** **Position:** Full-Time Forklift Driver **Location:** Orlando Florida **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $21.19 per hour (Paid Weekly) **Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience driving various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, stand-up electric, and swing lifts. This role requires someone who is safety-conscious, efficient, and capable of managing inventory within a warehouse setting. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive weekly pay. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate various types of forklifts including sit-down, stand-up, stand-up electric, and swing lifts to move products and materials safely around the warehouse. + Safely load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring that items are properly stored in designated locations. + Transport inventory to and from different areas of the warehouse as needed. + Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels, organizing products, and keeping accurate records of materials moved. + Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment maintenance. + Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, especially in areas of high forklift traffic. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs and any potential safety concerns. + Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and inventory tracking as needed. **Requirements:** + Minimum of 3 years of experience driving forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, stand-up electric, and swing lifts). + Strong experience with inventory management and warehouse operations. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for inventory tracking and reporting. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Must pass a forklift safety training and certification process (if not already certified). + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. **Benefits:** + Weekly pay at $21.19 per hour. + Opportunity for growth within the company. + Supportive work environment with a focus on safety. **Pay Details:** $21.19 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
