Kelly Services is seeking entry level Circuit board Assemblers to work for a busy Electronic manufacturer located in W Melbourne, FL 32904. Kelly Services is hiring entry-level **Circuit Board Assemblers** to work with a fast-paced electronic manufacturer. As an Assembler, you will assemble, test, program, and pack circuit boards using Pin Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technologies (SMT). This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor. **Job Details:** - Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire - Shifts and Pay: 1 st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $16.00/hour 2 nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM | $17.60/hour 3 rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM | $17.60/hour **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Follow assembly procedures and visual aids for accurate product assembly. - Verify the integrity of materials according to the required instructions. - Assemble resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets on printed circuit boards. - Pre-form component leads in line with IPC standards. - Wash, inspect, and verify circuit boards for accuracy and completeness. - Identify and report any defective components. - Maintain accuracy of work-in-process within the assigned work cell. - Perform packing operations and ensure the cleanliness of the work area. - Adhere to ISO and job-specific procedures. - Participate in quality meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform additional tasks as needed to support business goals. **Qualifications & Skills:** - High School Diploma or equivalent education required. - Experience with component identification and assembly preferred. - Familiarity with ISO9001, IPC Standards, and ESD protocols. - Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools, such as pliers, torque drivers, and screwdrivers. - Strong teamwork, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Ability to read procedures, interpret visual aids, and follow technical drawings. **Opportunities:** - Hands-on experience with advanced electronic circuitry technologies. - Growth potential within the company. - Work in a collaborative, supportive environment.
