Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst based in Orlando, Florida. The role involves working within the procurement sector, with a focus on enhancing business efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: • Analyze business operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities for improvements. • Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of procurement processes. • Utilize industry knowledge to identify potential areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. • Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and changes in the procurement industry. • Develop and implement strategies for managing supplier relationships. • Monitor business processes and identify strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. • Work closely with the management team to set procurement goals and objectives. • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements • Must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • Proficiency in Procurement Specialist skills • Strong knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and strategic planning • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines • Familiarity with industry regulations and professional standards • Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
