Body Technician: 1st And 2nd Shift Available

**Working with a manufacturing company in the Rockledge, FL area that is seeking qualified Body Technicians for 1st and 2nd Shift!!!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Body Technician to smooth surface imperfections and prepare metal products for painting. This role involves applying filler to dents and cavities, working with sanding equipment to create smooth surfaces, and following written procedures and instructions. The ideal candidate will keep equipment and areas clean and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed. **Responsibilities** + Smooth surface imperfections and prepare metal products for painting. + Apply filler to dents and cavities. + Use sanding equipment to create a smooth surface. + Follow written procedures and instructions. + Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area. + Wear proper PPE as instructed. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Auto body repair + Proficiency with hand tools + Sanding + Body repair + Grinding + Priming **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 1-2 years of body work experience in automotive, aerospace, or marine fields + High attention to detail **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in an air-conditioned facility equipped with top-of-the-line ventilation systems and downdraft tables, ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment. **Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 3:00PM - 1:00AM **Pay:** $20-25 hr. based on experience and shift and schedule. Shift differential for 2nd Shift **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
