Role Purpose The Analyst, Compliance Investigations & Operations, will play a pivotal role in promoting NBCUniversal’s strong culture of compliance and ethics. The successful candidate will work as a highly experienced data analyst and project manager capable of driving and supporting NBCUniversal’s global internal investigations program and other compliance operations functions. The position will report to Counsel, Compliance Investigations. Job Duties + Manage and analyze integrity investigations data, with a focus on monitoring investigations program effectiveness, investigations data accuracy, and key data trends + Help to prepare and deliver comprehensive metrics, reports and presentations, related to investigations, employee surveys, and other risk and people data + Partner with cross-functional and enterprise stakeholders on investigations program reporting and initiatives + Assist with management of NBCU’s complaint reporting system, including intake and routing of complaints, tracking of matters, and system administration + Provide support for conducting investigations, including gathering and reviewing documents, drafting summaries, and assisting with interviews as needed + Assist in the periodic training of investigators as needed + Create and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies + Identify systems and data improvements, then proactively develop potential solutions + Support a variety of other global compliance operations initiatives, including policy management, cross functional projects and workstreams, and other ad hoc projects Basic Requirements + Bachelors degree + 2+ years of experience + Solid proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI Desired Characteristics + Prior experience in compliance, internal investigations, data and analytics, or related functions + Demonstrated strength in data analytics + Demonstrated strength in project management, organization, and execution + Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters + Understanding of the elements of an effective compliance program for a publicly-traded, global company + Experienced multitasker capable of managing numerous complex projects through periods of growth and change, with expert prioritization, organizational and management skills + Superior teamwork skills; able to gain the respect of, and build a rapport with, multiple constituencies both internally and externally + Ability to self-motivate, and work independently as well as collaboratively + Outstanding analytic, communication and organizational skills Additional Requirements + Must be willing to work in New York City, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; or Orlando, FL + This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week + This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
