Evita Med Spa is seeking professional Advanced Aesthetic Injectors for Pre-Opening Recruitment at our new locations in Orlando, Panama City Beach, Daytona Beach, and Palm Beach. As an Aesthetic Injector at Evita Med Spa, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care in a med spa environment, playing a key role in launching these new sites.
You will be responsible for independently managing health concerns and coordinating patient care in accordance with State & Federal guidelines and nursing standards of care. This role includes performing initial patient assessments, analyzing diagnostic data, and collaborating with our team of nurses and physicians to ensure the highest quality care. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in the med spa field, delivering aesthetic and wellness services to a diverse patient base, and providing guidance or counseling to patients with specific health needs.
This is a full-time, in-person role with potential opportunities in Orlando, Panama City Beach, Daytona Beach, and Palm Beach.
Essential Functions:
+ Create a welcoming and luxurious environment where clients feel valued, pampered, and inspired to embrace their natural beauty.
+ Perform consultations and administer injectable treatments with precision and artistry, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
+ Conduct initial patient assessments, including history and physical examinations, with a focus on aesthetic goals and safety considerations.
+ Update and maintain accurate patient records at each appointment, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
+ Collaborate with the team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique aesthetic goals.
+ Monitor and analyze client progress, determining the need for follow-up care or adjustments to treatment plans.
+ Deliver exceptional care while meeting or exceeding company standards for productivity and client satisfaction.
+ Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine to provide clients with the most innovative and effective treatments.
+ Serve as a trusted resource for clients, offering ongoing guidance, counseling, and support, especially for those with specific aesthetic concerns.
Requirements
+ Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license, or another qualified healthcare professional license in Florida.
+ A minimum of 5 years in nursing is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and cultivating lasting client relationships.
+ Certification and/or specialized training in aesthetic injectable procedures is required.
+ Strong understanding of medical terminology, human anatomy, and diagnostic procedures, essential for safe and effective treatment administration.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse client base and effectively conveying complex information.
+ A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and the ability to make informed decisions while working within a team-oriented environment.
